Registration Guidelines & Online Registration

• All participants wishing to attend LightSym 2024 must complete the online registration and payment of the registration fee.
• Online registration is only available through the LightSym 2024 official website.
• Those who have paid the registration fee, can check and print the receipt on the ‘My Page' after logging in to the system.

Registration Fee

• Optional (Gala dinner, Technical tour) ticket is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to join the gala dinner and technical tour, please select the option when filling out the online registration form.
• One day registration is only available during the Pre-registration and on-site period.
• Accompanying person: Only family members of fully registered participants.
• For student, please submit the following evidence materials by email at info@lightsym2024.org
  • Copy of your student ID or certificate of enrollment.

Payment Method

• The registration fee must be paid in one of the following ways, and you can choose an option during the online registration process.
• Payment must be completed within 2 weeks of completing your online registration.
• If it is difficult to make the payment within 2 weeks of registering online, please contact the secretariat in advance.

Option 1. Credit card

• All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
• By selecting "Online Credit Card,” you can pay online with a secure e-commerce system. Chrome is suggested for online payment.

Option 2. Wire transfer

• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrant.
• The sender’s name should be same as the registrant’s name. If they are not identical, please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the Secretariat by e-mail (info@lightsym2024.org) after writing the registrant’s name on the bank remittance receipt.
• A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail.

Registration Confirmation

• An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration and payment. Also, You can check the payment status at ‘My page’.
• Payment status will be changed from ‘Payment needed’ to ‘Complete’ within three weeks upon clearance of your payment.
• Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
• After you complete your payment, you can download your receipt at ‘My page’.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• To be valid, requests for deregistration must be submitted to the secretariat via e-mail. (info@lightsym2024.org)
• All refunds will be made after the symposium for administrative reasons.
• All bank and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount before transfer.
